Shipping Policy

Natural Dam Hatchery does not charge a shipping fee for the cost of a priority mail shipping label on any order. However, we do charge for the USPS Priority Mail Live Animal Surcharge.

On Nov. 15, 2024, the USPS filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission for shipping services price changes to take effect beginning January 19, 2025. One of the changes included adding a Priority Mail Commercial $15.00 Live Animal and Perishable Handling Surcharge on every box no matter the size or weight.
